Leading West Africa System Integration Company, Resourcery Plc hosted its 31st Annual General Meeting on Thursday, 29th of July 2021, in Lagos.
This meeting was held by proxy under the guideline of the Corporate Affairs Commission [C.A.C]. In physical attendance at the venue of this meeting are members of the Resourcery Plc Board of Directors, Company Secretary, appointed proxies of Resourcery Plc Shareholders, Auditors, the representatives of S.E.C and NASD.
